The innovation program is also the main task and function of the Research Working Team which aims to encourage new ideas, improve operational efficiency, and create better products or services. At RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo internal innovation programs can include various initiatives involving employees from various levels and work units. To protect the results of employee innovation and creativity, the Research Working Team also facilitates by creating a platform for employees to protect their innovation by registering with the authorized institution to receive legal protection.
