NOTICE REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES TO THE MECHANISM FOR ISSUING FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT LETTERS
To all JKN patients at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, please note the following changes to the follow-up appointment process, effective from 1 August 2026:
JKN patients are required to attend their follow-up appointments on the dates specified in accordance with their doctor’s instructions.
Please ensure you obtain your follow-up appointment letter via the RSCMKu app after your consultation with the doctor.
Attending on the specified date is essential to ensure that healthcare services can be provided optimally.
In the event of an emergency, patients may proceed directly to the Accident and Emergency Department (A&E).
