Outpatient Services of Dr. National Hospital Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is open from 07.30 to 07.30. 16.00 WIB with registration time at 07.00 s.d. 13.00 WIB. New and existing patients register online via the RSCMKu application for a maximum of 1 day consultation as long as quota is available and can choose the day and time of the consultation according to their needs.
Patients can adjust their arrival to the consultation appointment time. JKN patients who have registered online will receive proof of registration and print a Patient Eligibility Letter (SEP) on the Independent Registration Platform (APM) machine located in the Outpatient Registration Lobby. Meanwhile, cash patients can go directly to the registration counter and visit the designated polyclinic.
