Patient drug collection services are carried out in 31 satellites spread across the Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital building. The convenience of patients in taking medicine is enough to see the status of the prescription in the RSCMku account so that patients do not need to queue.
After the patient confirms the drug collection on the RSCMku account, the patient can wait for the drug to be processed without having to queue, when the finished writing appears, the patient can take the drug at the pharmacy satellite counter.
